Our next course is a one-day beginners course packed full of tips and advice on how to get the most out of the video functionality on your DSLR camera to shoot great looking movies right away.
After quitting my 9-5 job, I worked in freelance photography, then crossed the divide to now run a successful video content creation business, Carousel Films. I have worked with global sports brands, FTSE500 companies, fashion houses, established musicians, government initiatives and local councils. I am also Senior Writer for the international renowned photography & video online publication Fstoppers.
In the 2nd half of the day, we’ll then shoot our own project together on location with a talented musician as our subject. After pre-production, we’ll walkthrough capturing a live music performance and an interview, then take our video and audio files into the editing suite to cut an engaging and cohesive piece of video.
We’ll offer some time saving tips in pre and post production that you’ll be able to use in your own projects as a team-of-one videographer.
The course will run from 10am-4:30pm and is for a maximum of 12 people. You’ll have lots of one-on-one time with our tutor and crew during the day. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
